Extramould
Mold release agent designed specifically for the casting of copper anodes. Product based on animal bone ash, enhanced with powerful additives package that allows to obtain uniform coating to the surface of the mold with high adherence.
Barex
Mold release agent designed mainly for the casting of copper anodes. Its composition is based on precipitated and micronized synthetic barium sulfate, potentiated by additives that include lubricating agents, dispersants, and some binders.
Mouldex
Mouldex is a coating designed mainly for the fabrication of copper castings. It is used in the copper smelters during the production of molds that require the wheels of anode casting. It also works very well for the fabrication of any copper special pieces.
DDS
DDS is a mold release agent specially generate for auxiliary uses in smelters. Elaborated on a basis of natural bone ash, that chemically corresponds to a phosphate tricalcium or a form of calcium hydroxyapatite.
Convermould
ConverMould, whose base is barium sulfate, is applied dry and its purpose is to protect gutters, spoons, and tools used in casting.
APC
Fine and homogeneous powder produced from a careful calcination of bones of animals. It is commonly used in the aluminum industry as a coating and agent protector.
PowerPack
It is a powerful package of refractory additives, specially formulated to improve the performance of the mold release agents used in copper smelters for the anode casting.
